To be honest I have no idea how flats are supposed to fit. I bought them for an adult ballet/stretch class. They appear to be very well made. They're a little tight at the toe, but maybe they're meant to be, or maybe they'll stretch. They have a drawcord that works well for a custom fit. They look exactly like the picture and description and you can't beat the price.
