NOT adjustable on arm, hand and finger rests

I got this thing because it supposedly adjusts so I can tilt my elbow when I'm using the computer and right at night when I'm sleeping. HOWEVER, the "adjustable" metal strip inside is NOT as adjustable as advertised. Yes, it can be bent, but it takes a lot of effort to even bend it. My husband had to do this for me as I can't use an arm like that, otherwise I wouldn't need the brace at all. He just made it to a 45 degree angle and almost gave himself tennis elbow in the process. I just couldn't set this up myself between computer and sleep poses, and there's no way I want it to handle it every time I need it. That alone makes it useless. But wait, that's not all! It's also super uncomfortable. It fits oddly, wants to slide down my inside of my arm unless I tighten it enough that it cuts off my circulation, and the materials are scratchy/itchy in places. Then you have to adjust the velcros of the inner material to make it tighter, which is very difficult itself when it's on and I can't when it's off. I also had to help my husband with this. In principle, inappropriate and uncomfortable. I ended up aggravating my tennis elbow just by trying to use this thing. i give it back
