I was MORE PLEASED that this product arrived a day before the promised date and as described and was excited to try it after hearing that other people with similar products Success had some success with them. The items are well packaged and easy to use without too much explanation, but instructions are provided for those unfamiliar with their use. After the first night of use, no problems, I must add, I gently wiped my neck and chest as recommended and allowed to dry before replacing the plastic backing to use again in the evening. I noticed some minor results in the areas treated with pads and hoped that with repeated use I would have continued success. I didn't have any adhesion issues that night, but in the morning I noticed that it came off the pillow when I washed it. When I placed the pads on the skin on the third night the adhesion was much worse than around the edges and by morning the neck pad fell off and the chest pad folded on its own. I washed it again and noticed that more of the adhesive was coming off the pad and there was still a lot of it stuck to my skin. Unfortunately the pad no longer has enough stick to work with and I already (after a week of use) have to open a second set if I want to continue using the items. I had high hopes for the product and I was hoping it might help with some age lines that were starting to develop but I don't see it working for me.
