cracked screen upon receipt

Setup was easy and I really like the style of the monitor. Unfortunately, as soon as I turned on the monitor, it turned out that the screen had a crack that caused it to not work. Upon closer inspection, there is visible damage at the bottom of the screen. We will come back for a refund.
