The simplicity to integrate with all 3rd party services like Stripe, Woocommerce and many others. There are also other providers but since I have started using this one, it has been working really well for me in terms of API integration especially when things go wrong. They always respond very quickly and can fix almost anything that you would ask them to do. I am very happy about their support team as they keep updating us regularly on what's going on and how we can improve their product through suggestions. If I had any complaints at all, it would be just that sometimes there are some small glitches in the interface which gets easily fixed by them. It has increased our efficiency and cut down our costs immensely. As an agency running multiple WordPress websites, integrating and managing these website with their API platform has been very smooth and simple. The level of support they offer in case you run into issues with their service. They are very responsive to any questions or troubleshooting I have during outages etc., but sometimes it can seem like there's nothing left for them do other than provide excellent customer experience! Sometimes when my site has been down due to an outage from another provider (like Google), nest helps me diagnose where things went wrong so we don't get stuck without access to our website again!
