These nail clippers are very attractive and colorful. They have a long handle that offers a good but slightly slippery grip as they don't have a silicone pad. All I had to do to use these was flip the metal piece in the middle, which then created the spring action needed to make them work. Clippers are sharp and work well. They are durable but I wouldn't call them heavy duty. In fact, I think the current price of $15.99 is $7 too much for them. They are good but not outstanding enough to warrant such a high price for a single item.
