This is my absolute favorite fitness harness! The silicone straps that these items come with are bulky, awkward to attach, and even gave me a rash. I liked the metal links because they are easy to put on and take off and fit well, but the metal straps broke and caught me on three different straps. I tried a band of material that worked well but broke quickly (and smelled bad despite frequent sanitization from daily wear). But this bracelet is similar to how Cinderella found her shoe and Goldilocks found the perfect watch strap. It's easy to put on and take off and isn't too tight on my wrist. I was very concerned about the tightness as I am overweight and usually have a large hair tie that goes in the 3rd largest hole and I can't stand hair ties on my wrist. It still smells good even after wearing it with disinfection for a month. It doesn't hurt that the sunflower pattern is so cute.
