Once the faucet was installed I noticed this horrible gear oil smell around the sink and it didn't go away. I really like the touch controls, but the faucet has a safety feature that turns off after a few minutes and keeps turning off while I'm doing the dishes. Now 4 days after installation, my water temperature is unstable, it gets very hot when the faucet is turned on, then it gets cooler and finally it just gets cold. The whole point of this faucet for me was being able to keep the temperature control at the same setting and use the touch controls to turn it on. This is all very frustrating because the installation was a pain. And now when I try to contact the seller I always get an error page. The idea of replacing the faucet again is not annoying
