Overall I really like this beaded seat cover. I bought it to alleviate the problem of black faux leather seats in the summer. I like that the bumpers are in the frame, they help keep their shape and make getting in and out of the car seat very easy. What I don't like is the elasticity. It's TOO SHORT and in the wrong place. The seat pinches too much where it is, and I even have a small car (Mini Countryman). And since I have side airbags, I can't have a rubber band around the seat at this point. What I did was remove the elastic and reattach it to the top so it goes around the headrest posts. It seems to work. A second strap with a clip for opening and closing can be useful in the area between the seat and the backrest. But so far, simply moving the rubber band has gotten me to work. I liked it enough despite the issue with the elastic and bought a second one. I have noticed that they have made some improvements to the product in the meantime and the seat and back are now more secure.
