I like that it allows multiple computer users in different locations access via WiFi or cellular network without having their own dedicated storage space (which costs money).
It's also very easy to use once configured correctly, which means setting things initially was fairly simple as well! If there were more native applications made available by default such as MS Office 365/SharePoint Online then this would be even better but all-inclusive products cost some extra expense so not sure if worth paying those additional fees unless necessary. For us at least we're able to store large files online while still using cloud solutions when needed, etc.;.
