These flash drives are not designed to be worn; once they are inserted into a device, they leave it there and forget about it. Because it does not protrude from the device, it does not cause any problems, and it cannot be broken. I purchased it for use with a car radio, which is an environment in which a standard-sized USB flash drive is prone to breaking, along with the connector. Yeah, the write speed is rather slow at 4 megabytes per second. But I was able to upload my personal playlist of favorite songsโ1300 tracks totaling 7 gigabytesโto it in a quarter of an hour while I was writing, then I left to supper, and when I came back, everything was done. I put it away in the mafon in the car while we were out on the path, and I won't be touching it for a good while. It is read quite loudly by the radio cassette recorder, everything works perfectly, and there are no complaints. The things that they write and say are both hot and nonsense. I only noticed a very slight heating when recording on the computer, and I only noticed a very slight heating when reading from the radio tape recorder. Neither of these temperatures were significantly higher than the temperature of my body. And if you are going to add new movies to the flash drive on a daily basis so that you may watch them at work, then you should not choose this smaller model as your alternative. That is not what she was designed to do at all. And you shouldn't hold her responsible for it.
