I'm not sure why Corsair's quality control has been terrible lately, but this is just an addendum to the current product issues. This mouse works. sometimes. If this doesn't work, the LEDs won't turn on and the mouse is dead. If this works, the LEDs will be solid and the mouse will work with the factory settings, but you won't be able to adjust the DPI or RGB settings on the mouse because iCUE (Corsair lighting software) does not recognize the mouse. Even after updating the firmware and software, clean booting the PC, and reinstalling iCUE, I'm left with a $60 mouse that barely gets the job done. Thanks Corsair!
