If you play online FPS game (Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo etc.) this product is a must have. You'll see an improvement almost immediately after you get used to how the controller works (about a round of online play). Long range shots are no longer a big problem. You won't overcompensate if you try to take down a sniper from afar and miss completely. Melee combat (a guy runs past you and turns around) is the only issue that you really have to get used to, especially if you're playing at high or very high sensitivity. Overall this is a great product that offers better accuracy than the stock controller. I would recommend it to anyone who wants better control over their accuracy. *Update* I've only tried this on Xbox 360 and can't yet comment on how well it works on PS3. It snaps easily into place and stays on my controller for Xbox 360. I'll try it for PS3 as well and will update the game's performance and reliability to make it stay on the controller. I would add that you really only need one of these for two controllers. Only the right analog joystick will actually use this product as it is the only joystick you need to refine your aim. I don't recommend using it on both analog sticks as it doesn't increase performance or accuracy and it's a waste of money.
