It's too loud to keep it on for long, although the battery definitely lasts if you choose to do so. My only real complaint is that the air only really blows out of a small corner of the fan instead of circulating in a full circle to achieve 100% coverage. I find that in order to use it you have to hold it fairly close to you at an angle that is awkward and unusable when mounted vertically in the dock. Also, the dock doesn't charge it, it's more like a stand that you don't even need as the base of the fan itself is big enough to stand on its own.
