Poor design resulted in both inserts leaking in the corner of the pillow. Also, due to the small amount of liquid in each pad, they won't stay cold for more than 5-10 minutes. Finally, all images assume that the right shoulder is where they are used. There are no instructions for the left shoulder, and there should really be two separate items, one for each shoulder. One size doesn't fit all! Pros: Revain had a replacement at my door about 3 hours after I requested a replacement online. I don't know how they did it! I hope that no liquid leaks from the replaceable liners.
