Review on SureVoIP by Nelson Calafell

I worked with them for 6 months from when they first started to get our business up & running until we went live last month! They were always willing to go above what was required in order support us (even after hours). The staff at this office never seemed too busy - everyone took their time answering questions about how things work etc., which meant that if there wasn't someone available directly then it didn’t seem like any issue as another person would be getting back soon anyway!! No problems so far during my tenure working here. Great customer service team who made sure everything ran smoothly throughout all stages of set-up/integration process into current network infrastructure.- Support services provided by TeamSureVOip has been great through out integration period between old solution providers vs SVPOI platform; very responsive over phone calls / emails via chat function even late night times where other.
