Review on ThinOptics Reading Glasses Universal Strength by Terri Owen

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Be realistic in your expectations with these glasses, they complement "armed " glasses, do not replace them.

You have to be realistic with these glasses, they complement "armed" glasses, not replace them. Advantages; 1. They are so easy to take with you as the glasses and case are little bigger than a credit card and are flexible.2. When goggles are impractical or uncomfortable, keeping them on your nose can be the solution.3. They look stylish or at least harmless.4. So light that there is no fatigue5. No hands to irritate.6. Their longevity results from their extremely low weight. I've dropped mine many times and even though it has scratches, the glasses still work. Very quick and easy to put on and take off.8. The nose does not slip and does not return to its place. Cons: 1. While they're amazingly durable, they can fall off if you move around, make sudden head movements, or do anything that wrinkle your nose, such as sniffing. B. sneezing, coughing, laughing or yawning. When they fall, there aren't many warnings.3. I didn't learn to put them on the way I want the first time, so I have to adjust them a few times.4. The amount of moisturizer or oil on your nose affects how well your glasses stay in place. So try rubbing the bridge of your nose with a tissue or paper towel to reduce this effect. I sit in bed, read or watch a tablet. They become invisible because there is no interference, no ear irritation from hands, no visible frame when I set them up correctly, no fatigue, and they stay in place. I am happy with them, but it is important to understand that they will not replace glasses.
