The best part is that it has integrated an API for most of our third party applications such as Salesforce CRM etc., which helps us to save time by automating some processes like sending emails or generating reports from those apps using their APIs directly into CSG platform itself without any manual intervention! Pricing could be more competitive but overall experience was great so far!! Would definitely recommend if you are looking out for robust hosted solution at affordable rates where your team can access them anytime anywhere over internet. We were solving issues related to data storage/backup needs & also wanted secure communication channels between my organization's teams spread across different geographies (India + US).
