I'm sure everyone has heard of the perfect Sony Aibo robot dog. This remote-controlled dachshund is definitely not an Aibo, but it doesn't cost $3,000 either. For the price, this is a very fun toy for your kids. My family rents a house where we are not allowed to have pets, but my son loves dogs so I bought him this toy to make him feel like a pet. I hope that one day we can move to a place where I can give him a real dog. I think the best thing about this toy is that it can follow you anywhere. My son once spent almost 30 minutes being chased around the house by a dog until the battery died and I had to charge it. I've seen very few toys that have held his attention for so long, so I'm a lucky parent.
