Therefore, please add a cable when purchasing, so that the product works as described in the product details. ___________________________ Prior verification of the item as delivered. blue with backlight. NOT. no blue light. The product has an indicator light on the side that can only be used when the fan is off, and even that is not blue. When you touch or hold the fan, something happens at speed and it sounds like it's dying. I sat on it on my desk and it came to life; It started flying around my desk and if it wasn't for the plugged in cord it would have thrown itself in the trash where I think it belongs. And I feel like the only way to keep him from jumping off my desk is to put either a protective pad or velcro under him. .But I didn't buy this for fun, I need it for its supposed cooling abilities, the only thing it cools due to its awkward position is my chest. I bought the best fan from one of those super cheap stores that adjusted the base, didn't move on its own and kept a damn charge. It was so cool someone swiped it right off my desk.
