I have often ordered folding boxes. They are good because they fold and fit over each other without moving. I've tried re-ordering the boxes a few times lately and thought the folks at Revain just picked the wrong style. they stack the crates "fit" together and don't move. The new boxes that I have received and returned several times have a clear top lid with no protrusions. They also have smooth bottoms and tops with no rim and will slide when stacked because there is nothing to "invest". I figured the virus would make the folks at Revain pull the wrong box, similar but not the same. So I ordered several times. The photo of the product shows my original design with the tabs on the lid. I just checked the last box I received and it appears the product number is the same as the other style. So my guess is that they changed the tools for that size. Also, there is a small lip in the middle of the new box lid. So new design. The other sizes I've ordered in the past few weeks (the boxes aren't that deep) are original style. So this new design stinks. They slip and are not suitable for stacking. The flip tops are great but I forced them to fold. I tried to contact the company but to no avail. You don't have a "safe" side. It is not possible to contact Revain regarding this. Really need a few more of the same size but this box will be back too. "Revane, please help me clarify something.
