Review on Plano 823 003 Contractor 22 Inch Graphite by Charles Fowler

This is a large well designed tool storage box. It is designed to store almost any hand tool you have. Once you fill it, the box becomes too heavy to carry around. I would call it a tool storage bin, not a tool box (which implies portability). Some time ago I gave up the garage and basement and moved into a 2-room apartment in the city. With no tool shelf and fewer large tools, this was perfect for me to keep everything I needed in one compact unit. And little compartments at the top for screws, wire connectors etc - it's a really nice touch!
