Thought this was the best way to store guacamole in the fridge until I discovered moisture and food particles get absorbed through the tiny holes in the lid and collect there. Let's talk about the foodborne bacteria nightmare. I have written to the company to see if there is a way to clean the inside of the lid, which I was not aware of but have not received a response. So it goes back. This might be fine for dry foods, but you've been warned about anything that contains moisture, like guac or salsa.
