This came in a Revain box which was undamaged but the inside of the box looked like the glue had come loose at the seams. The light and suspension were still packed at the factory. Mine came fully charged and lasted 2 hours in bright light. In the fall I usually walk in the dark for at least 1 hour and I don't like how a flashlight moves when I hold it in my hand or upside down. If you're running properly, without a lot of bouncing etc, the light will stay in your path except around corners and then you just have to turn a little around your waist to make sure the path is clear. The light gives the animals time to get out of the way. The deer seem fascinated by this as they just stand there and stare unless you make some noise too (be careful if you do this during the rut as I used to be chased by a deer, luckily deer can do not climb trees). Cyclists see me much better from behind and report that they are at least twice as far away as before. It charges slowly, but that's to be expected given how long it will take between charges. My 2 hour run uses about 20% of the battery. The only negative I can say is that the suspension is a bit stiff. I have it in the max size and it fits and can probably stretch an additional 4 or 5 inches. The instructions that come with it say you should wear it over your left shoulder, due to the construction it should be your right shoulder. I will buy this for my wife to wear while cycling as it is better than the headlights on our bikes.
