I bought size XL. I'm 5'10 220lbs 40-34-50. I wear size 12-16 in dresses depending on the stretch in my hips and 18 in jeans. I was afraid it wouldn't be long enough, but it certainly was! Although this is my ideal length, I have to walk in low heels. This dress is very stretchy, I could probably take more. I have to pick up the bust to stay awake. But it's a beautiful dress. I removed the mesh that is between the columns and it looks fine.
