ORDER! The quality is very good and I liked that there was protective plastic on the shiny parts to keep them from getting scratched during shipping. I really love it! This solved many problems where our little one couldn't reach his iPad to play educational games while driving. He couldn't reach it before when it was just attached to the headrest, which gave us the ability to safely carry it to him, so he learned a lot more than just looking at the screen. I love how the holder is spring loaded and VERY STURDY. When I was looking for this type of product, I was concerned about safety during a car accident. If that ever happens, I don't want the iPad to come off and smack him in the face. I am very sure. The springs are strong and seem very safe. The arm extends and comes back very easily. It has multiple places to manually tighten the levers, which I like because it stays in the position I want it to be. I didn't find anything in it that I didn't like. I LOVE IT!
