Review on Balanced Female Headphone Earphone Adapter by Ryan Hampton

Purchased for use with iPhone 6s and Grado headphones. Both the iPhone and Grado use unbalanced stereo jacks. This raised concerns that Grado headsets would not connect properly with the Balance jack. Grado connected with no problems, to my delight. The sound quality has noticeably improved - better channel separation. Separate grounding for left and right channels provides improved stereo imaging. The seller states that balanced jacks will not work with an unbalanced stereo jack, but luckily the Grado jack worked with no problems. The build quality is excellent. The 24k gold plating is superb in size and finish, and the stranded silver-plated copper (OFC?) jumper wire enhances signal transmission and maintains channel separation. Highly recommended.
