I ordered this ring guard to complement the thin band of my wedding ring. Although my engagement ring is white gold, this silver safety cap was a perfect match. The white color and the delicate and understated design of the guard gives the impression that it is a set bought together. You should order a ring guard 1/2-3/4 sizes larger than your usual ring size, depending on how wide the guard will be. However as they didn't offer a 1/4 size increase I had to order 1 size up and after wearing it rotates around my wedding ring and stops at the center stone. I'm not returning the guard, I'll wear it on my other finger as it's pretty good on its own.
