Review on Inch Led Pods Light Bar by Chris Horton

NOT 60 watts - actual output is approximately 20 watts

I hate when sellers knowingly lie about the characteristics of their products like this seller does. I checked the performance of these lamps with an ammeter. I draw about 0.8 amps. 12 volts, 0.8 amps = 9.6 watts per bulb. I contacted the seller about this discrepancy and he replied that 60 watts is THEORETICAL MAXIMUM. I have checked this information on lumen output and wattage in relation to LEDs. When a seller advertises an extremely high power output or power consumption, they use a number that allows the LED to run for less than a second before it burns out. Oh sure light can do it. ONE SECOND before it is fried. Those 60 watts are just a lie. Too bad, because otherwise they are not so bad lights. However, this is false advertising, and aren't there any laws against it?
