Too small for a 4lb dwarf mix rabbit

I ordered this tray hoping to get away from the usual metal grids. It is well made but unfortunately too small for my 4lb 13 year old dwarf rabbit. It is about the size of an eastern cottontail (the most common wild rabbit in North America). It would probably work better for a guinea pig or maybe a rat (I can't remember if the distance would be too great for their legs). .I only sent it back because it was too small. It's a great price and well made!
