Works very well for the most part. There's a learning curve learning the keys the way you normally use them without looking. I love that the speaker tells you how long the battery life is and gives you 3 hours after just a 10 minute charge. I found that the volume buttons don't work well. Most of the time I have to control the volume with my phone volume control, which is annoying. The volume doesn't seem to stay where you set it, and the next time you call, you may have to adjust it again. The tones become erratic when you are too far away from your cellphone. Everyone I speak to says the sound is good and I don't get those annoying missed calls. Also, I found the instructions sent with the headset confusing. I had to search the internet for some of the answers I need on how things work.
