Nice, but BEWARE!

Necklace is beautiful BUT! Instead of putting the necklace in the box properly to prevent tangling, the necklace is in a small pouch inside the box and the necklace I received was tangled as hell! I thought I would have to take it to a jeweler but after 45 MINUTES of persistence with toothpicks I managed to get all the knots out. It is a Christmas present and should not have received it in such poor condition. Shame about this branded packaging! I see other reviews had similar issues.
