My daughter is in 4th grade, size 10 and size 10-11 fit perfectly.
The ruffled sleeves are not as pronounced as in the picture but I think it makes them more appropriate for school. Perfect for early fall weather. The color corresponds to the picture under bright lighting. Overall very happy with the purchase. Cost and quality are good. Daughter immediately dressed for school. I like that it's a different style that makes it unique.
