I had very high hopes for this phone judging by the characteristics and the ranges in which it will receive and use 5G. Realizing that this is a budget phone with very high quality features, if it can't work in the 5G area, it's useless to me! That simply means if I'm paying for 5G I expect my phone to work in 5G and if the phone advertises that it's a 5G phone and WORKS with GSM networks, of which T-Mobile is GSM, then it should it NOT say 4G! Even people at the local T-Mobile store can't register it. like 5G and suggested that there might be something wrong with the phone or that it needs an update. All updates have been installed so it must be a broken phone if you want it to work in the 5G space! I'm sending it back for now as it's unusable for me. Many phone ads list several areas where a phone works and even if the areas match the phone's capabilities it still might not work, but this one didn't! This came without an adapter for use in the US. I contacted the company and they NEVER replied! I am changing my rating to ONE!
