This rear derailleur is worth checking out for many reasons. Advantages: 1. Heavier than the original, making shifting more comfortable and smooth.2. Bigger than the standard (2020 Civic Si) so my palm feels better when moving3. Looks better than stock. It has gears so if someone else is driving your car they'll know it has 6 gears and where reverse is, but it also gives it a slight JDM feel with Japanese numerals and the red engraved black bullet is a nice touch, sporty and yet simple.4. Ease of installation. It took less than 5 minutes which is more than the shooting time. Cons: 1. I live in Michigan and it's cold here in the winter and this thing freezes when I come in. Warming up takes a while. Even if the car is warm, the ball is still frozen and can be annoying at how long it takes to get there. at a comfortable pace. I'm not sure how heat affects it, but I think it gets very hot. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. Yes, it gets cold and hot due to the metal, but there are ways around this. It's worth buying for the price, both visually and haptically.
