As can be seen in the photos they are multicolored although a few balls looked a little cloudy. I bought two packs and counted one of them and counted exactly 100 marbles. I weighed both bags and they were the same weight so I'm pretty sure they both get the full 100. A ball in a pack appears to have come from an incomplete mold, so it has a small hole in it. All the other balls looked really round. While they are bouncy, they aren't as bouncy as the Super Vortex Balls I played with as a kid. It took them little effort to jump from floor to ceiling. They require more effort to do the same thing, probably due to the slightly softer materials. They are also significantly smaller - slightly larger than chewing gum. They cover a quarter completely when placed on top of each other. I wouldn't give them to very young children who are still putting things in their mouths because the size is just right to pose a choking hazard. for testing slow motion videos, and they should work well enough for that.
