I have 2 broken vertebrae and a twisted spine in my neck. I go to a manual therapist regularly. I got the best hotel quality pillows I've used in about a year and kept waking up with migraines emanating from my neck. After doing some research I ordered this pillow in a desperate attempt to stop the pain. It was definitely different as it's a memory foam I've never used before. But I love that it has one side for sleeping on your back and the other for sleeping on your side. I switch all night, but it's easy to just turn it on as I adjust and fall asleep again. My neck pain has greatly reduced and I feel much better in the mornings. I absolutely recommend this pillow!
