Tips and Tricks

The first night I put them on, I woke up and performed without pain for the first time in a long time. The following important and useful points should be noted: It is important to understand that this is a lengthy process; Be prepared to spend 6 months in them. I started wearing them in late May 2020 and finally got relief from plantar fasciitis on my right foot in early September 2020 (13 weeks). My left foot is about 90% healed as I still have some residual pain in my left heel/arch but it has improved a lot since then. Slower. Remove the wedges for the first few months and slowly adjust the straps every few days/weekly. Don't overtighten your legs; If you tighten the ankle strap enough to lock your heel 100%, you are restricting blood flow to your leg and it will be very uncomfortable. They were often uncomfortable enough to wake me up, and I usually took them off in the middle of the night. I should stress that when I say "uncomfortable," I don't mean "painful." The symptoms are comparable to falling asleep in tightly laced shoes. I tried to include stretches and stay off the legs as much as possible, although I'm not sure stretches helped much. I wore comfortable shoes or slippers and almost never went barefoot. I restricted my food intake and lost 15 pounds and added proven collagen peptide supplements to my diet every day - I find both have helped tremendously. This is to distract from the fact that these boots work if you commit to using them. The shell is hard. The non-slip tread is good. The feed is very good. The boots are easy to use and set up. I would absolutely recommend them and would buy them again if needed.
