Anything but presentable

I received the item today and the product packaging has been destroyed. It seems to have been thrown around and abused a lot. I'm very unhappy with this look. I ordered it as a gift for my girlfriend and I'm embarrassed to give it to her like this. I'm glad the item in the box was at least undamaged.
