Let's start with my info: 36 band, G cup, 5'5" height, 180 lbs. Fit: Statistics say my size is not on the size chart. I bought and received the XXL and they fit just right just how I wanted it. However, I was looking for a soft, comfortable compression bra for work. My work is very physically demanding. It would be dangerous to walk around in a bra as it fits. Depending on how closing the gap I may see that the XL still fits snugger to the point where it's not overly snug but maybe comfortable to work in. But probably still doesn't work lol The pad insoles fit actually even to my cup size!I was very surprised!Very easy to take out, put back in and put back in. I still don't need them and with hiking they will undoubtedly fit, I plan on never practicing them use. Conclusion: looks good, exactly what I wanted and definitely very comfortable.
