Got new cartridges and started putting them in my 3510 printer. Both colour, black and colour. You are not working. I keep getting the "Incompatible" error message. I've tried several things. Turn the printer off and on again. Fully unplugged the printer for about 10 minutes and plugged it back in to try a restart and still nothing. I used to buy remanufactured cartridges from a competitor and was having problems so decided to try another company. Another big disappointment.
