These gloves are very thick, in fact they are so thick and bulky that they limit the movement of the fingers: it's difficult for me even mine Bending fingers when I'll wear these gloves. Not only are they smaller than expected (I've already ordered red gloves in their largest size L/XL - see attached photos), they are definitely NOT touchscreen friendly. I have to take off these gloves to be able to use the mobile phone screen. By the way, I haven't turned them inside out yet, they're still brand new, so I can't make an objective assessment of the quality features here; but when I look at how chunky these gloves are and at the same time so snug, I'm not impressed. So I've decided to have bigger gloves instead if they wear them. When I emailed the same photos above to AKASO customer service (seller) AND attached directly to request an exchange, the rep played a game with me; First she asked for my order number, my full name and even my mailing address (which I gave her straight away) and then the next email just said to return these gloves directly through Revain. The? So why was she even wasting my precious time asking for all my detailed information?! I don't have any tips but CS sales team is definitely NOT professional and not helpful at all. Unfortunately I now decide to return them and buy gloves from other companies who can give me a better service.
