Great phone, the best in phones and accessories

I bought 2 of these phones and they are legit. Everyone knows that Avaya bought out Nortel and redesigned the T7316e phones. What most people don't know is that the same headsets that worked on Nortel brand phones do not work on Avaya phones. You need a different cable and I had to do extensive research to find that out.
