Helps me fall asleep faster.
I bought this duvet because I heard it can help you fall asleep faster and sleep soundly for longer. I don't know if it really helps me get a deeper sleep, but I can say it definitely helps me fall asleep faster. I'm a person who usually struggles with the brain shutting down at night and this can really cut down on sleep time. But I've noticed that I fall asleep faster with this blanket and I feel like I wake up more rested in the morning. Overall I think this blanket is worth the money and I am very happy with it!
