I liked and disliked the product at the same time. I gave it 4 stars because it was a great starter toothbrush for my 1 year old but just to get him started. He picked up lint so easily his toothbrush looked like it had mold on it. This is because the bristles are very fine, which is why they are so soft. It was difficult to clean and I spent a lot of time trying to get little lint out of the tiny bristles. We all know that babies put everything and everything in their mouths, especially blankets, stuffed animals, etc. Lots and lots of fluffy things. So you have fluff in your mouth. The toothbrush is like a fluffy magnet. He loved using his you and his mouthfeel. In the end I gave up all attempts to defuse the brush and let him play with it for a few days, I disinfected it in between and he loved toothbrushes. Shortly thereafter I switched to a large toothbrush and he loves to brush his teeth. But with prolonged combing, it is difficult to clean. In the beginning he did a good job brushing his teeth as he can clean a large area with a few strokes.
