These black velvet pencil pouches took a long time to ship; so long that I actually contacted the seller to request a refund or resend. Then (of course) they finally showed up after a few days. I've been using them for months to protect my high quality pens which are kept between uses in a large zipped pencil case/pen along with other desk essentials. These pouches are very good at preventing my expensive pens from coming into contact with other metal instruments in the pencil case. (Cheap pens don't have pouches as I don't care if they get scratched.) The only downside is that since they're all the same color, I have to open each pouch and look inside before I can finally find the pen I need . found. want. While it would be nice if the seller offered more colors and also sold a set with a pouch of each color, at this price point (I paid $2.09 shipping for a set of 5 pouches a few months ago) you can easily buy a set of each color. . Colour.
