First of all, this chair creaks louder at night than your parents' bed. No amount of WD-40 will fix this. The pillow is very hard, I thought I just have to knead it a little, that's not the point. They just said they would look into it and contact me. A month goes by and I contact them again with a request for a refund. I am then informed that there is nothing they can do as this has exceeded Revain's return policy. Do yourself a favor and spend your $160 on a better chair. THE BIGGEST POS I EVER BUYED!
