What else is needed?
For those reviewers who mentioned that it doesn't "permanently" once you fill it out, it's perfect for that purpose! We used a tall red target bag and a rigid tall plastic bin that won't fit longer rolls or gift bags. I put my shirt/clothes bins all the way down. Paper rolls strap on top, gift bags and tissue paper in large clear pockets, and duct tape in smaller side pockets. For the price it's perfect!
