I love how easy it is to create threads, post comments or questions in different areas of interest for our organization.
The ability to use hashtags makes this even more useful! Sometimes we need reminders before posting that certain activities are not allowed within an organizational policy area - there's no reminder notification as such but sometimes you have to manually check all topics/posts made by others prior to publishing something new yourself. Try using any where works if you're looking at ways to organize discussions across multiple forums (forums) in one place. We've been able to share information about projects, tasks etc without having separate spaces dedicated to each project- they can be used interchangeably depending upon what needs doing next!
