I love how bright and pretty this skirt is! Goes well with polo shirts for work, they are cool and comfortable. The buttons are a bit annoying - I wish they were easier to take off without undoing them all, but you only have to do that when putting them on and taking them off. I would say they are a bit big. I ordered a medium and it is completely loose when buttoned in the tightest position. I wear a 4/6 and regret not buying a small.
